Our ESE solution is a fully customizable digital dimensioning utility that is tailored to an organizations specific needs. We have developed a general outline of our ESE servic which discusses the benefits and overall potential of using the UPHOTOMEASURE Enterprise Service Edition (ESE):
1. Complete initial business assessment.
- The UPHOTOMEASURE management team will take an extensive look at an organizations methods, processes and procedures. We will take the time to learn what the necessary goals for a successful operation are and then inject our software into that process where we see areas that our service can improve upon. The overall goal of this assessment is to define the technological needs and produce a documented customized operational process which would help the ESE client to use the software optimally.
2. Up to an unlimited amount of “SAAS” Web Service account licenses.
- One of our best upcoming services is our SAAS Web model. This model allows users with account access to operate the ESE software and create, edit and view projects wherever they have an internet connection and a browser. Another benefit that the Web model contains allows individuals to globally connect to a centralized data structure, which manages organizational projects created using the ESE software.
3. Up to an unlimited amount of Desktop applications.
- Just like the Web model, our desktop model contains all the customized features created specifically for the ESE client. This model can be accessed either as a standard application loaded into the operating system or through a Gadget or “Widget”. All of the aforementioned connect directly to the ESE data structure. The benefits of the desktop model is the ability to work on local projects when an internet connection is not available and the fact that if connection or bandwidth issues are interfering with the speed or performance of a project, the local version will not be affected.
4. Team training sessions.
- The most important part of this entire product is the availability of our training staff. What good would a service like this be if the clients using it did not understand how to work with it or fully understand all of the product features. Our on-site training sessions allow clients to interact with professional coaches in a controlled comfortable environment; their own office. We will also provide detailed customized documentation for easy to follow referencing. Sometimes, there are certain situations that require some extra guidance. 5. File storage, data integration and data management.
- All ESE clients will have free file storage and back-up for all UPHOTOMEASURE projects. Running seamlessly alongside our archiving technologies is our Meta Model Driven Architecture that allows for a very “flexible” data structure. ESE clients can execute a change on a core table in the live system without negatively affecting the workflow. Another advantage is that we can seamlessly integrate this software into any existing data environment.
6. Organizational Branding.
- The length of our customization process doesn’t just end with technical functionality, training techniques or data management. We can fully re-brand our service “skin” to represent the ESE clients’ brand, right down to the font provided from an organizational style guide. We can personalize screens for various account levels and personnel as well as any internal communications and responders that dynamically originate from within the ESE software.
